Royal Ludo Casino ("the App", "we", "us") is a free game made purely for entertainment, and we respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
This is just a fun game. All in‑game coins are virtual, have no real‑world or monetary value, and cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, withdrawn or cashed out. The App contains no real‑money gambling and no in‑app purchases. The casino‑style mini‑games (Roulette, Big Wheel, Sic Bo, Coin Drop and Crash Rocket) are simulations played only with the free virtual coins you earn by playing or by watching ads.
You can play entirely as a guest with no account. Game progress, coins, unlocked items and settings are stored only on your device. We also generate a random, anonymous device identifier used solely for aggregate, non‑personal statistics such as daily active users and reward claims.
If you choose to create an optional account, we collect the name, email address and password you provide. Passwords are stored only as a securely hashed value (bcrypt) — we never store your password in readable form. Your coin balance and casino winnings are stored on our server so you can sign in on another device and keep your progress, and so we can show the monthly leaderboard (which displays player names and coin amounts only).
The App shows advertisements from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process data (such as advertising identifiers) to serve and measure ads in line with Google's privacy policy. Internet access is used only to load ads, to sync your optional account/coins and the leaderboard, and to fetch non‑personal configuration and anonymous statistics. The App is fully playable offline as a guest.
Because it contains simulated‑gambling games, the App is not directed to children and is rated for teens and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not sell your personal data. Anonymous, aggregated data may be processed by our advertising and analytics providers (Google AdMob). Account data is stored on our own server and is not shared with third parties except as required to operate the service or by law.
You can clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it, and you can opt out of personalised ads through your device settings. To delete your account and the data associated with it, contact us at the email below and we will remove it.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Anonymous statistics are retained in aggregate form. We delete account data on request.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
